We are looking for a friendly and welcoming person to assist BBOWT staff and other volunteers to run the College Lake Shop.

You would be providing general information to visitors about College Lake including walks, activities, events, wildlife and shop stock, and also offering customer and sales services for the shop.

Ideally, you would have experience of, or an interest in, retail and customer service, plus a keen interest in the organisation, College Lake and neighbouring BBOWT nature reserves, and a willingness to act as the public face of BBOWT and present a positive image of the Trust to visitors
