Ecology Services
Future Nature WTC provides a wide range of ecology surveys and assessment reports, including Protected Species Surveys for bats, badgers, great crested newts and reptiles, Botanical Surveys, Bird Surveys, Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Ecological Impact Assessment, Ecological Clerk Of Works, GIS Mapping and Data Records Searches.

The range of biodiversity services Future Nature WTC offers includes Biodiversity Net Gain Assessments using the DEFRA Metrics, Habitat Management Plans, Biodiversity Offsets and Habitat Banking, Building With Nature Accreditation for Developers, The Wildlife Trusts’ Biodiversity Benchmark Certification for commercial organisations, and advice on Green Infrastructure and new landscape creation.
Land & Farm Advice Service
BBOWT manages 2,700 hectares of land, including 800 hectares in agricultural use. Our Land Service Advisors draw upon 60 years of experience to offer specialist guidance on a range of land-related matters including Environmental Land Management schemes (ELMs), Farmer Clusters and training days, Countryside Stewardship, Catchment Area projects, Regenerative Agriculture schemes, Rewilding, Habitat creation, Ecological Assessments and soil condition surveys.
