We need more people on nature’s side and speaking up for nature, yet worryingly, the new pool of talented and skilled conservationists coming through into the sector is small. We must enable more people to work with us towards nature’s recovery.
Our Developing Green Talent trainee programme is supporting the next generation of conservationists. We need to increase the number of trainees from all backgrounds and across all sectors, from conservation to education to community work.

BBOWT is ideally placed to inspire and train individuals to a high standard. Wishing to be as inclusive and diverse as possible, we hope to significantly help grow the talent of our sector.
