We are looking for friendly and welcoming people to assist BBOWT staff and other volunteers run the Visitor Welcome Kiosk to provide general information to visitors about College Lake including walks, activities, events and wildlife.

You would have a friendly and welcoming approach to talking with members of the public; experience of, or an interest in customer service; a keen interest in the organisation, College Lake, and neighbouring BBOWT nature reserves; plus a willingness to act as a public face of BBOWT and present a positive image of the Trust to visitors.
