Projects Coordinator

Contract: Fixed Term until end of September 2025

Hours: 28 hours per week

Based: 2-3 days per week (incl. Thursdays) in Littlemore office, Oxford, with remaining days hybrid

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting project managers and teams across the organisation to develop creative projects which meet our goals and will appeal to potential funders
  • Developing and implementing effective project monitoring systems against budget, and reporting deadlines
  • Keeping the project register up to date, flagging and reporting risk to project managers and Project Board
  • Building relationships with project managers, Project Board and Fundraising Teams.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven ability to coordinate complicated projects and meet deadlines
  • Budget setting skills
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and maintain effective working relationships during the project management process
  • Highly Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, and project management and reporting tools
  • A willing and eager team player with a flexible approach to work.
