About the event

Please note that BBOWT’s AGM is open to members only. You will need your membership number to register for the AGM; this can be found on your membership card.

We are very excited to announce that BBOWT's AGM will be returning in-person this year at Radley College in Oxfordshire. Please see below for information about how to book your place.

The AGM will include reports from George Levvy, Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Estelle Bailey, Chief Executive, plus a finance report from the Honorary Treasurer, Zoe Hancock.

The AGM documents, including the full agenda, will be available to view soon; please check this page for updates and a link will be posted in due course. 

The AGM will open at 9:30am for registration and the main business will be conducted 10am-11:30am. Following the formal business of the AGM, we will serve light refreshments until 12noon.

BBOWT Awards 2024 

12noon - 1.15pm

Join us to celebrate our wonderful volunteers with the annual Volunteer Awards. We will also announce the winners of BBOWT's 2024 photography competition.

The awards are open to all supporters, both member and non-member. Members who are already booked to attend the AGM do not have to register to also attend the awards. Non-members can click below for full details and to register.
