About the event

At the Windsor Great Park Environmental Centre, we run monthly sessions for toddlers to encourage them to explore nature and learn about local wildlife through interactive and engaging activities designed for pre-schoolers.

This event is a special one as we're collaborating with the amazing Pop Up Play Village, Windsor. This session is slightly longer than our usual Nature Tots, to allow you more time to fully enjoy all the activities that will be on offer. From 10-11am we will have our usual Nature Tots style session, and from 11am-12pm you will have the opportunity to immerse in role play with the pop up village, there will lots of activities to get stuck into!

Pop Up play Village, the original mobile role play village, is popping up at the Environment Centre in Windsor Great Park this February. Conceived, screenless and child-led play by a fully qualified Early Years teacher who is passionate about play and educational fun for children. In the village children can become doctors,  vets, construction site workers, librarians, key workers and much more.

Our session start time is 10am and the session finishes at 12 noon.

At 10.15am we usually move to another part of the site, so please strive to arrive before then. During this time there is a starter activity around the entrance of the centre.

All activities will take place outdoors and we recommend appropriate clothing for all weather.

This event is for children 18 months - 4 years old and we recommend that your child should be able to walk to get the most out of the experience.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who is able to encourage and help them with the various activities.

Directions and a map can be found here. Further information about the session will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
