Reconnect with Nature: Forest Yoga Session in Windsor Great Park

Join us for a serene 90-minute Yoga session in the enchanting surroundings of Windsor Great Park. Immerse yourself in the calming embrace of nature as we combine gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and a deeply relaxing guided meditation. Surrounded by the healing presence of native trees and plants, this session offers a chance to nurture your well-being in a safe, secluded space at The Environment Centre.

This yoga session is designed to counteract the stress of a busy lifestyle, allowing participants to restore harmony while immersed in the beauty of the natural landscape.

The practice aligns with the principles of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, which has been shown to increase relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall mental well-being
