About the event

Join us for a day of botanical inspiration, delving into the anatomy of plants and brushing up on your drawing skills. Explore the local flora across our beautiful site, led by our very own qualified botanist and professional artist, Susannah Bury.

This course is suitable for beginners and improvers alike as you will receive individual creative guidance and tips, helping you to complete a work of art to take home at the end of the day.

The day will begin with an exploration of the site and progress through a variety of techniques to help improve your botanical knowledge and artistry.

Guidance will focus on monochrome pencil drawing. Equipment will be provided, but bringing your own materials is encouraged too.

Will you help answer nature's SOS call by adding a £5 gift to this booking? You'll help BBOWT bring nature back across our three counties. Please select a donation ticket option if you wish to donate. You can find out more about our Nature Recovery Fund here.
