What's at stake for wildlife
Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire are home to an incredibly diverse array of wildlife. From the Chiltern Hills with their ancient chalk grasslands brimming with wild flowers and butterflies, to the floodplains of the Thames, home to otters and wading birds, there is wonderful wildlife to enjoy throughout our three counties.
But our wonderful wildlife is under threat from loss of habitat and change in land use. We want to protect wildlife and give it a chance to thrive, to ensure future generations can enjoy the beauty and diversity of nature.
Your membership would help us protect and enhance these special places, and give threatened species like water voles and hedgehogs a safe home to thrive in.
