The Friends of Chimney Meadows volunteer work party are looking for local volunteers to help carry out a variety of practical tasks to maintain and enhance the nature reserve.

Work will vary depending on the season and will include activities such as scrub clearing, pulling ragwort, scything, fencing, and maintaining site infrastructure.

Full training is given for all tasks undertaken, as well as information about the site, its wildlife and the purpose of the task. You will be helping to maintain the nature reserve as part of a regular, committed group of people.
